“Was a bit of a disaster from start to finish, ordered a cot as showing in stock and available for next day delivery. Next day came and went, no cot. Computer error apparently, so have to wait for direct dispatch from tutti bambini. Delivery arrived only find a whole box was missing. What should have taken only a day ended up spanning a 2-3 weeks. No hugely impressed, prob won’t use again as kind of not that reliable.”

“Not a great experience. The listing for the stair gate did not make it very clear that the gate is not suitable for use at the top of stairs, which is where we wanted to place it. Organising a return included sending an email and paying for postage which I didn’t feel I should have to do. I won’t be using Olivers again.”

Emailed over the weekend but spoke to Rachel first thing this morning, sent pics as requested and between Rachel and Louisa a replacement was organised by mid afternoon. Exemplary customer service.
