“products were as described although disappointed in waterproof cot sheet - it ripped almost right away. The delivery was not nex tday as paid for but firm gave a refund in response to e mail so can't comlain too much.”

“I can't really give you a comprehensive feedback as yet. The items are intended to cover plugs which are next to a Resident's bed in a Nursing Home . They have not as yet been fitted so I cannot give you relative feedback.”

“Everything was great apart from the returns policy. I’ve had problems with Hermes (Evri) in returning the item. As they asked me to print a label for one the delivery driver comes to collect. I wasn’t able to print the labels as I didn’t have the tools to print. So will have to resort to Royal Mail to return the item. It would have been better if you, yourself provided a returns policy.”

“You can't fault Olivers, we come here for the big purchases and the small. The customer service is astounding, honestly they just want the best for you and your baby. Their stock is all really nice quality and proper branded items that you feel confident using, and they have a great stock of Mam teethers which amazes me since it's a struggle to get them anywhere else, even Amazon is expensive for them. Only thing I think I could want from them, is to maybe be able to stock bottle caps. Those you have to buy straight from the brand and they are the easiest things to lose, so having somewhere that stocks them would be a huge help. Saying this, it might not be something they'd sell regularly enough to warrant stocking it. We received bought a highchair that they send out straight from the supplier, we were in no rush for it so we didn't need to check the delivery date of it, despite this, it came two days after ordering! Love the place, we keep going back for the never ended need of baby items.”
