“The retractable stair gate is great can't fault!But the main issue is that I paid for next day delivery and received 5 days later which was normal delivery time!!I have received an email from my enquiry saying you received order to late for next day delivery, which I understand but please don't take money for express delivery if you can't do!!!!”

The order was placed 25th August at 18.39pm, past our 3.45pm cut off for Next Working Day deliver; as stated on our website. Your order was therefore dispatched on Friday 26th August.
