“overall shopping experience was positive, delivery was swift and majority of the products were as expected. Although the main item that I wanted and purchased was a disappointment, when it arrived it didn't appear as good quality as it seemed in the picture or description. I was quite let down by this as I said it was the main reason that I used the website. The other items were satifactory but as this was a birthday gift I was a little let down. Hopefully was just a one off.”
