“Great service in store. I was looking at bags to buy and took the one i wanted off the shelf to give to purchase. The store assistant had already seen me looking and had got one out for me without me asking! Super attentive and friendly. Got a student discount too which is always a perk. Love my bag too, already lots of compliments and great value.”

“I was given an OB voucher for my birthday so I ordered a chocolate sparkly blouse - pure cotton & subtle but striking plus a parrot jug - quite a bit larger than I thought - no complaints & lovely colours of turquoise, orange & yellow. Also got a small foodie jigsaw for a friend’s son but it was much smaller than I had assumed so was slightly disappointed. Staff were very helpful & cheery when I collected my package.”
