“Always a great experience in store. Great layout and always an enjoyable shop with great browsing. Website is easy to navigate and to place orders. I had a click and collect to store but this seemed a bit delayed from previous times.”

“I ordered the dress online which was very straightforward and I received it very quickly. I had to exchange for a smaller size in the Canterbury store, who were absolutely brilliant, extremely helpful and always consistently friendly & professional when to shop h there.”

“Great service as always from OB. I found the trousers in the sale in reading but my size wasn’t available in store. The helpful sales assistant ordered me a pair and sent them straight to my house with free delivery. Perfect fit. Well made and super comfortable”
