“I always love going into the store and the staff are always friendly and approachable. I ordered a dress for the first time on the website and had it delivered to my local Exeter store, the e hi ole experience was professional and prompt. I love going to Oliver Bonas, when I walk in the store I feel like I'm on an adventure and no idea what I'll find but I'll love what I do!!”

“On the website all great: selected my chosen products (including some precious gifts at a really tough time for me and my family). Paid for my products and awaited delivery to a local store. My delivery never arrived and I found that I was the one chasing Evri/Oliver Bonas for answers. Eventually a final communication from OB to say my parcel was lost in delivery and they were refunding my money. Felt really let down. Especially because of the special gifts for my family.”

“Very poor and very disappointed! Parcel, never arrived! Apparently it was returned to OB on their request?! Wrote to OB several times, no reply ! Called into shop, assistant rang OB HQ. Was told I'd receive a credit into my account within the week. More that 10 days past and nothing has been actioned ??. I would Love to know how to receive some communication and update from OB on this matter !!!”
