“I was having the worst day and was trying to find a dress (very last minute) for a wedding. I was greeted and asked if I was okay by a very empathetic colleague (young male presenting) and was offered help which I gratefully accepted. He (apologies I don’t know their pronouns) and his colleagues helped me to identify options and helped bring extra sizes for me to try on. In the end I got a dress and was offered great service on the shop floor, the fitting room and at the till where I was able to thank the original colleague who also managed to run off to the stockroom and get me a matching headband to finish off my outfit ! In the end the experience turned around a very bad day for me and helped to get me into the mood for a great party (which was had) so thank you very much!”

“I was told after ordering that one of my items was out of stock, and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive from evri, each day they send an email saying it's out for delivery and it hasn't arrived in the last 5 day”

“Excellent, ordered mirror in sale at really good price. Even nicer than expected, so nice that I ordered another as a gift. Both mirrors arrived really quickly and well packaged. Very happy with purchases, just wish I had ordered both at the same time and avoided paying delivery charge twice.”
