“I was told after ordering that one of my items was out of stock, and I'm still waiting for the rest of my order to arrive from evri, each day they send an email saying it's out for delivery and it hasn't arrived in the last 5 day”

“Excellent, ordered mirror in sale at really good price. Even nicer than expected, so nice that I ordered another as a gift. Both mirrors arrived really quickly and well packaged. Very happy with purchases, just wish I had ordered both at the same time and avoided paying delivery charge twice.”

“This is the first time I've ordered from Oliver bonas, I purchased the Ziva square charm necklace for a friend's gift. It arrived beautifully presented and the quality of the gold plating and stone looks fantastic. It makes a perfect, easy-to-wrap gift! Although it comes beautifully packaged,the recipient absolutely loved it. The only downside is the delivery did take a few days.”

“Very good the staff were excellent & very helpful at the Leeds city centre store. I go in very regular as I love the shop now its bigger & has more stock which is always 5* & the staff help me loads as I'm 76 Im not great with online ordering if my size is not in their shop. They do this for me which is about help.”
