“I loved the trousers but unfortunately I had to send them back as I couldn’t get the size that fit properly. The 8 was too tight on my legs, 10 too big on the waist and the 12 was huge (I’m usually a 10 in most shops). However, I loved the pattern and style of the trousers and the service I received in store when trying on the 8/12 size trousers was excellent and the returns service was very good too. If they did a size 9, I’d be buying them!”

“I went to the Leeds City Centre store. I saw that they only had one ramen bowl, when I wanted two. A member of staff was super helpful and took me to the front of queue and ordered two bowls to be delivered to my address with free delivery. It came in 2 days! Which is as brill!”
