“Staff were all lovely and super friendly at the Trafford Cetnre store, it was just a shame that the only quilt they had in stock was the display version so we had to buy it online. It was worth the wait though - we love it.”

“I bought the Metallic Snake Print Leather Heeled Slingbacks shoes for my mum as her birthday gift. She loved them at first sight. Unfortunately, the size seems to be running smaller than expected, and her usual size did not fit, but I returned the shoes and bought another pair in a bigger size, which worked very well. Now she is enjoying them a lot, the shoes look great on her, definitely recommended as they are also very comfy (as she says). Thank you OB!”

“Lovely product but first arrived faulty, would have been nice if they could have arranged an exchange when contacted rather than needing to return and re order.”

“Visited Brighton shop and had a lovely shopping experience. The assistants were amazing and nothing was too much trouble as they went rummaging in their stock to find my size items. My husband was with me and as we were paying we had such a great chat with the OB sales team one of whom was a Canadian student who was a particular joy to speak to. I have so enjoyed wearing my new dress. Beautiful material and so well made. We will shop here again for sure!”
