“Excellent. I saw the Green Marl & Pink Fingerless Gloves in the Liverpool store but didn’t buy them at the time. The Newcastle store didn’t have them in stock but a sales assistant ordered them for me, to be delivered to my home. Perfect customer service.”

“One of the four mugs was broken I received a refund but not a replacement. I was advised to reorder which would have incurred further postage. I went to the Edinburgh shop to reorder without incurring shipping charges but their system was down and they couldn’t make the transaction. I still only have three mugs”

“paid extra for express delivery. when parcel did not arrive i contacted oliver bonas website and was told to chase delivery company myself (but reimbursed the extra money). nothing useful from delivery company. package arrived several days late (with limited/incorrect communication). socks in the order were fine but i had to return the boots are they arrived too late. i would strongly recommend that oliver bonas stop using evri as their delivery company - they are notorious rubbish and will stop me ordering again.”
