“Unfortunately the website kept switching back to the beginning and I nearly gave up. I would have continued looking but it became too time consuming. I do like the blouse-I think it’s very cute.”

“I always have a great experience in the West Bridgford store but I’m disappointed how long my on line order is taking I opted for click & collect had an email it’s on its way and have still not been notified of its arrival! It’s now probably too late to arrive for my holidays - very disappointing !”

“I just love Oliver Bonas, I could literally move into the shop , so many gorgeous things. I had noticed the little side boards and loved the quirkiness of them , they didn’t disappoint, I keep going into my spare room to look at them , would definitely recommend them, I love all of my purchases but these have to be my favourite xx”

“The stores are usually nice, nice decor in desirable locations near other stores worth visiting. The product range varies but I think you do storage and organisation very well for example for jewellery.”

“I found it really easy to look at the website and order what I wanted. This was the lemon base lamp with blue stripe lampshade. I really like it, it is exactly as on the website, same colours and it looks great in my kitchen. The only thing I would men is the "lemon" is quite lumpy, it's not a deal breaker but I did expect it to be smoother.”

“Very poor, half my order didn’t arrive as it was supposedly out of stock. How can you order something and then 2 days later get a refund email saying it’s out of stock!”
