“I had such a lovely experience at the tills with Salesperson 12764. She was so friendly and welcoming, and really brightened my day. She complimented my nails and even my dog, which was such a sweet touch and made the interaction feel really genuine. It didn’t feel rushed at all – just warm, kind customer service. You can tell she really cares about customers and creating a positive experience.”
