“Bought Earings but unfortunately were unsuitable due to my arthritic fingers and the clasp involved. A full refund was given with no quibbles and very quickly to. Have bought a bracelet now which I’m very pleased with. Lovely staff in shop as well.”

“I ordered Chicken vs Hotdog online for £12.50. It was dispatched via Evri and never arrived (not a particularly rare experience with Evri - it's cheap for a reason) I was sent a refund, though I actually wanted a replacement. When I went to re-order it, the game was priced at £25.00. Needless to say I didn't bother.”

“It is a bit slow but think at my end. When you click on specific item and go back it goes back to the top not where to left off bit annoying. Otherwise ordering fine...presume OB doesn't have an app. Couldn't find one. Pleased with all mynitems purchased fit lovely and great quality”
