“Excellent, the staff could not have been more helpful. I wanted to buy this bracelet to match the necklace I had already purchased from Oliver Bonus in Horsham and the lady was most helpful in finding it for me. Sh had remembered me from coming in to buy the necklace and so knew what to look for immediately.”

“I honestly didn’t want to leave a low rating. I ordered this rug with great excitement, but unfortunately it never arrived. I was preparing my home for guests and had décor plans, so the delay caused unexpected stress and disappointment. Although the order was eventually refunded, the process involved a lot of messaging, tracking, and follow-up emails, which was quite exhausting. Since I never received the product, I can’t comment on its quality, and sadly this experience has made me hesitant to order again.”
