Sadly wasn’t the item I ordered, and when delivered only 2 bench pads arrived instead of the 3 I ordered. Materially wasnt blue and cream striped as described on the website, it was grey. So I have sent it back

Would not recommend. They are too large and loose so you definitely have to adjust/sew upon arrival.

I bought two dresses in lockdown, unfortunately I have not been able to wear them, one if the dresses Is now half price and the other is in the sale 🥴 really disappointed as times are tough 😔

Gift box ? Was a rather expensive brown cardboard box with shredded paper inside. Not anything like I expected as an add-on - more like I would have expected as default packaging. The delivery was not Covid safe either. First purchase from Oliver Bonas, and very poor first impression.

The quality was very poor and not what I expected from OB. I have kept the ratings as I believe you cannot return pierced jewellery.

This website contains many impressive pieces. I bought three items from your website and was happy with two out of the three items, however, I was extremely dissatisfied with the other. I will write about why I was so disappointed with the following item below.

I would love to be able to review this product but 9 days after I ordered it, it still hasn't arrived, and not even allocated to a courier. I tried ringing your customer services number. After 17 minutes of being told that I was still number 2 in the queue, I decided to try later, where-upon I was cut off after the initial recorded message each time I rang! I have now left an emailed request for a refund. A shame because the coasters look lovely in the picture

I’ve returned this item due to poor quality 6 days ago and still not had any contact from Oliver Bonas about any sort of refund. This is my first purchase with you and might well be my last.

Ordered this pack of 10 cards & 1! Arrived. Am still awaiting a response from Oliver Bonas 5 days later! The card/S are a lovely design gene why I purchased them, I would however like the other 9!

I ordered it on 3rd July for my friend coming to stay and was advised it would be delivered within 3-4 days, however the Hermes website advised it was delayed on the 8th July and it would be delivered within 24 hours but still NOTHING. I’ve emailed oliver bonas to ask where my deliver is and not had a reply.

The earrings arrived damaged - they were squashed so bent & totally unusable. Very disappointing as I really love Oliver Bonas products!

I purchased the Vase as a gift, when it arrived it had a small hole in the glass, once the Customer Service department picked up my email (approx 5 days) they responded immediately by sending me a replacement on proof of my return. Unfortunately the second Vase was badly scratched/ marked on the gold foil pattern and it was marked on the base like it had been used possible as a sample? The customer service department said it was because the gold foil was put on by hand. I returned the vase as I didn’t feel I could give it as a gift.

This item was broken on receipt. The clasp was detached from the chain. Disappointed, but now realise why it was reduced. Poor quality. So returned it. Awaiting a response.
