“Good notifications, beautiful selection of clothing, easy to negotiate the website. The checkout process is however very slow.This has happened everytime I have made an online purchase. I always use PayPal as I feel it is more secure. Please that Oliver Bonas does this method of payment. It is a big factor on who I be shop with online. The items of clothing I received are well made and high quality material.”

“Website easy to use, would have been beneficial to see customer review with opinion on sizing. Or actual measurements. I bought the red and blue stripe trousers online, ordered 2 sizes and have sent them both back as too big. I went into the Lincoln store and bought a smaller size, love the trousers! Staff in Lincoln were excellent, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and quick.”
