This picture arrived with beads missing and marks on the fabric. Very disappointing. Clearly no quality control. Hardly worth £20 let alone £75. Please don’t take your regular customers for granted. I had to make a special trip into Cheltenham to return it.

I had originally arranged to collect from their store, unfortunately I was forced to isolate so asked them to arrange delivery. The item was subsequently out of stock, this was a Xmas present. I was assured it would be sent to me once it arrived at their warehouse, after chasing 5 times they refunded me on 20th Jan. Maybe I would've been happy if I'd arranged delivery in the first place, the experience I had made me feeling their operations are a bit of a mess and I don't trust them to solve basic issues so I'm unlikely to purchase again.

Can't review as the fuse in the plug games the first time it was plugged in, requested a replacement which never arrived (apparently lost in post) and then found out it was out of stock so had to get a refund.

When displaying an image of the product show every part of it including the power cable and plug so that customers can see how it actually looks and understand whether it’s portable and compatible.

I loved this product but when it arrived the ceramic pot was smashed. There was insufficient packing around the product and the box did not state fragile item. A replacement was sent, exactly the same except even more broken. Company needs to revisit their packagers as I would be very reluctant to order anything breakable again

I ordered this about a month ago and Hermes keep delaying the delivery/ not leaving it if I’m not in despite instructions to leave it in the porch. I’m fuming- still not received it!!

After complaining about the way I received my £80 mirror I received a email stating the the mirror was never advertised as being in a ‘Presentation Box’ I didn’t want a presentation box just the kind of box that you’d expect an £80 mirror to arrive in not a thick cardboard box with holes cut into it with more cardboard put into the holes to hold the mirror in place. I just wanted to cry as this was a Xmas present for my daughter. I had to buy a bag to put it in!! At least if I’d bought it from a market stall I’d know what to expect and I wouldn’t have paid £80 for it!!

haven’t received my parcel and bought almost a month ago, their shipping provider is hermes, hermes are horrendous. oliver bonas products are very pretty however the online store could be improved by using a different postage company

Good products, but unacceptable customer service. 1. On delivery day, one of the three parts of the table was missing, but no follow-ups or further contacts at all from Oliver Bonas, until we actively contacted them. 2. when contacted via Whatsapp back and forth for 3 days, we were only informed that the missing part will be with us soon, the ticket was then closed without the issue having been resolved. 3. I emailed again to chase the issue, and was finally offered a replacement, however, instead of just the missing part, we were delivered another full set, which is far from ideal as the parts take up a huge amount of space. again, no follow-ups from the service team, and the ticket was closed. 4. only until I emailed again to ask if the extra parts will be collected or I should dispose of them, the service arranged a collection. 5. The final nail in the coffin! It then turned out the missing part we eventually received does not fit the table (photo can be requested) While the table itself looks nice, the quality, as well as subsequent customer service has been far from worthy of the brand.
