“Visited the Kings Cross Station location where I met the wonderful Barbie. I was in a rush to buy a last minute birthday present for a friend that I was due to meet for dinner and they were so helpful. They noticed me searching around the store and could tell I was trying to figure out the perfect gift. They were so helpful in their approach in me finding some great glasses and wrapping them up for me! So kind, friendly and approachable - a fabulous brand ambassador. A big thank you to your Barbie, my friend loved them!”

“Sadly this dress is unwearable. There is clearly a design fault in the way the armholes were made. Large gaping gaps and therefore looks awful. I loved the material, flower design and length. However, not prepared tk pay to have if altered, if this was even possible. Priced appropriately in the sale, but I reasoned it was because there has been an issue flagged up by other buyers. Would have done better to take it off the site. Sorry.”
