Would give zero if possible! People be ware if you purchase online using another device that you don’t carry round with you!!! Went to return two items, one purchased in store and one online. Online was purchased on my iPad by Apple Pay. Couldn’t get a refund as I didn’t have my iPad with me to l(!) prove that it was my Apple Pay despite showing the email, the actual card and all of my wallet! Never experienced before and will not return there now on principal once I return to the store again with my iPad to get a refund

It was good however my Pom Pom lights have started glitching and I am very disappointed they have not lasted very long. Hoping to get them fixed or a replacement pair of lights.

Ordered earrings and they sat with Evri for over a week. I phoned Oliver Bonas to enquire as to their whereabouts as I needed them for a set date. Oliver Bonas said they would send a replacement express delivery so they would arrive in time. They were not shipped express & did not arrive in time so I asked for a refund & was advised refund would be processed when goods arrived back. They again sat with Evri for a week so had to call back & eventually got refunded. Long story short never received any earrings. Will not be ordering anything online again if Evri remains the courier. Have rated goods as poor as no idea what they are like.

I never purchased this item. Oliver Bonas sent this order info to me in error, which is a data breach and this was an order for another person with the same name but entirely different address in another UK nation. I complained about this and asked to stop being sent emails, but continued to receive all emails relating to it, despite being told I would not.

Unfortunately the dress sadly never arrived. I was told in an email that it got damaged and the dress was now out of stock. A couple of weeks later I saw the dress in stock online, but by the time I got to payment page it was out of stock again. I have had to say the dress is poor and I would not recommend as no other options, but I don't know as never received it!

The company sent me the wrong trainers.. it has then taken a very long time to actually come to an agreement about what to do with them. I was offered 25 refund to keep the WRONG trainers but then only a £10 gift card if I returned them via post which was difficult as I have a full time job and children. I also wasn't able to return them to a store which would have been easiest for me due to the way I paid. Overall really poor service and I'm very unlikely to shop here again

I went to Oliver Bonas for my NHS Bluelight discount. I showed my card details and was told 15% discount. On leaving the shop, though, I can see the discount was not applied. Very disappointed and will avoid going again.

I bought some earrings as a gift which it turns out there is a policy of these being non refundable. This should be made clear at point of purchase, as I’m now left with an unwanted gift that I’m unable to exchange and would’ve bought another item of jewellery instead.

On the website it’s easy to use, however the my item took 4 weeks to arrive they really need to fort out their supplier delivery service. I ordered a dress for my husband special Bithday but it never arrived on time extremely disappointed.

The bag was not at all like the pictures - did not show the pocket in the middle and ultimately, you could hardly fit anything in the bag. Very misleading - so I returned the bag.
