“I bought a necklace for my wifes birthday. The box arrived and when I opened it I found that the necklace had been thrown into the internal packaging not in the small bag it should have been. The bag was thrown in with the packaging as well. The necklace should have been in the bag. It then took me approximately 20 minutes to unravel the fine chains. Not what i was expecting from you.”

“Store 122 in Farnham had very friendly staff! They asked if I was happy browsing and were all very welcoming. The store was very tidy and clearly well managed. The staff member at the the till was efficient and friendly they are a credit to the store!”
