“Lovely shopping as always in OB and all the staff were lovely and friendly, however I am a little disappointed, as despite showing my blue light card and receiving 15% discount off my first purchase, I did not receive off another purchase. I probably should not have assumed staff would remember but I will return and repurchase, shame I have to go to this bother.”
