“Disappointed experience in the Oliver Bonas store located in the Liverpool Street station. The customer service and experience in the past has been 5 star, but my latest experience was not good from a customer relationship. I had my intention in the past to purchase an item for wife which I did buy, when asking the associate to confirm the return exchange policy, the associate was extremely rude in both her reply and attitude. I did still purchase the the item at the POS, in the past the team in this location has been engaging and warm,the experience I had from the associate from the till point was cold. I still purchased the item. I hope this bad experience is a one off as in the past it has always been pleasant.”
