“When the loafers arrived I discovered that size 5 were small on me ( ordered online)… took them to OB store in Belfast and received excellent customer support where employee sorted replacement size 6 online for me. The loafers are a lovely fit and so comfortable… great quality leather.”

“In store very organised, good customer service and present wrapping. However after opening mist spray it was leaked all in the box and on the bottle losing a lot of the liquid and ruinning the box, quite poor.”
