“Very good. Although I could gimd what I was looking for, for some unexplainable reason I could not get the transaction to go through!? I rang Oliver Bonas and a very helpful young man talked me through the problem. I was very impressed with how soon the order arrived and was extremely pleased with item ordered.”

“In store, in Exeter, found some lovely clothes but most impressed by staff. Everyone was so lovely and helpful, wish I got the girl helping with the changing rooms name as she was so pleasant. Salesperson 12499 on the till was also fantastic.”

“I struggled to browse the website. Every time I clicked on an item, the product catalogue would jump back to the top upon returning to the search page. Also, when scrolling through the catalogue, the page was constantly glitching and reloading. This could possibly be to do with my phone. I have an iPhone 12 mini, so will be upgrading soon!”
