“I ordered earrings on the website and opted to collect them from the Muswell Hill store. A great jewelry range was available on line. It was easy to find what I wanted. Arranging the collection at a local store made it much quicker to get my Christmas presents wrapped and under the tree!”

“Super. Service in store, however the item that arrived was NOT THE leopard print Gola trainers I had ordered. Rather stupidly on my part I took for granted that the sent item would be exactly what I had ordered in the right size so I wrapped it up for the Christmas present it was purchased to be. Upon opening on Xmas morning it was revealed disappointingly that the goal trainers were not the leopard print ones but a plain orangey type colour.”
