“Very disappointing. This was my first Oliver Bonas purchase for myself (always presents before), and the quality is terrible. I have only worn it for a few weeks, and the it is covered in white balls, with the stuffing coming out. It hasn't been washed and I am not rough with my clothes. I took it to local store yesterday for a refund. The assistant was helpful, but couldn't do anything as my emails wouldn't download far enough back to let me access the receipt. I have friends who rave about OB, and was excited to make my first personal purchase, but this experience would put me off buying from OB again.”
