“The earrings were really pretty and different. They were heavier than I expected. I was dispappointed as I had to return them as one stone had fallen off in transit. If this wasn't the case I would have defenetly kept them”

“I love the design of their products. And it has excellent customer services. However, the ceramic hooks I bought arrived broken and weren't as sturdy . I got a refund though so I appreciate this I have managed to install one of two hooks and it looks great.”

“Really like this dress, however it ripped at the bottom really quickly. (I'd only worn it twice, both for work). Ordering from oliver bonnnas was really easy though. Love all their stuff, just dissapoinnted this dress didn't last long, espeically considering the cost.”

“Experience was fine but on trying on the shirt I really didn’t like it on me…. The open collar somehow looked frumpy. I don’t often return my OB purchases but this one I had to.”

“Love the light bulbs,but it wasn't clear from your website that the base was sold separately which was a disappointment,just glad I hadent bought them as a present! So we've ended up spending over £200 on 2xbulbs and 2xbases they look so pretty but it was an expensive mistake to make! Maybe you should sell both items together at a higher price. Live your brand but this was not a good experience 😕”

“I love this beautiful mirror it compliments my dressing table, unfortunately I have received 2 both damaged. Waiting for replacement number 3. The refund on this first mirror has taken 15 days, I found customer services live chat very helpful and professional.”

“Always love shopping Oliver Bonas The website can be a bit frustrating as it keeps reloading and you lose your place. I want to be able to flick back and it return to exactly where I’m shopping with same filters applied.. instead you have to scroll again! Lovely stuff though”

“Generally a good experience but I will mention that viewing the website on the mobile was glitchy - when I would press to view more products the page would jump back to the top of the product list and I would have to scroll all the way down to find where I was.”
