“Excellent customer service in the Harrogate store. I was looking for a winter jacket and the sales assistant showed me everything in stock, finding a selection of each in my size to try on. Really appreciated the attentive care.”

“Fine, the only problem I had was with Evri who said they attempted delivery then sent it back to to Oliver bonus but they never did which was frustrating as I had to wait over 2 weeks to get my parcel. But Oliver bonus sent it straight out to me.”

“Easy peasy ordering on line, seeing the waist coat in my size and last was great. Straight in my basket, and purchased. I have to say it's sad that you get charged for a store pick up when the store does not have the item in stock or can order it in for you.”

“Excellent service. The item was not in store. A staff member brought a similar item for me to establish the size I needed. It was ordered in store and collected a few days later. Bonus was item was in the sale ! The fit is perfect”
