“hi, I purchased a replacement necklace today in store and have noticed from my recipt that I have been charged in sterling the euro price of 36 however the sterling price is £29. Please can you arrange refund remotely so I do not need to come into store? I can share receipt and transaction details if you want to contact me.”

“originally planned to return via post so had filled in the return form but then ended up returning to store. Because id filled in the form the assistant tried to tell me that the item had already been returned and that my reciept wasnt valid because it didnt have my card number on, which literally makes no sense. I found my click and collect order confirmation and then he allowed the return but there was also no card details on that either so not sire why he was being difficult”
