“Great, Morpeth store didn’t stock an item i had previously bought in store so ordered it in for me. Seamless process & was ready for in store collection in just a few days”

“Visited in store and was given a great service by the staff working there. They were attentive and they made sure I had the sizes I needed to try on. One staff member was happy to chat with me and give me her advice on what would be a good option for an upcoming celebration event. I didn't end up purchasing on the day but I did later on go and purchase the dress as I really liked the way it fitted and felt and the advice I was given was really helpful.”

“Store shopping was fine BUT delivery by Evri awful. I ordered a vase for a friends wedding gift. Delivery said it was successful but my friend never received it. She has been on honeymoon so I only knew about this today. Hasn’t arrived yet”
