“what a fabulous jacket, ordered my usual size on the web site, quick delivery...it was a little too big, so used web chat to see if i could swop over in store. they were very helpful. i rang my nearest store, canterbury. excellent customer service, the put a smaller size away for me to collect two days later. in the meantime i had follow up e mails from the web site asking if they could find my nearest store, hold the item for longer if needed. your customer service is second to none. the girls in store were also very helpful and swopped my jacket over. i look forward to many compliments!......cannot reccommend oliver bonas enough!”

“Disastrous. My click and collect order arrived but wasn’t what was ordered. Speaking with customer services confirmed the error and in fact what was actually in the order didn’t even match the invoice. So 3 people were going to be disappointed at Christmas.”

“Having never used the OB online click and collect facility… I was very impressed with the whole purchase process. The website was very straightforward, and the item arrived at the Cambridge store for collection sooner than expected. Despite the store being extremely busy with Christmas shoppers, a very helpful assistant quickly located my click-and-collect package. It was given to me in a very neat (and obviously thought about!) parcel-bag with handles… which really topped off the experience and exceeded my expectations at every level.”

“My experience with OB is, and always has been, excellent. Unfortunately Evri lost the parcel but when I contacted OB they sent a replacement fast track in time for Christmas (it was a gift), and paid for the speedy delivery. First class customer service.”
