“Online order, product sent in average time and product quality ok. Delivery not so good (Evri, shocker) had the parcel 4 days before it was delivered. Multiple delivery notifications and multiple times not attempted (I would know, I waited in every time).”

“On the whole it was a very positive experience. My dress is excellent quality and beautifully made - a bargain too as it was in the sale. However I also ordered a door mat, which failed to materialise. I contacted Oliver Bonas to tell them that we nearly always have problems with Evri deliveries but I dont know if my messages went any further than whoever opened them. I will sadly efuse to buy anything else until they change carriers.”
