“My shopping experience on the OB website was a very smooth and straight forward one! I am always impressed by their range of items, anything I could ever need is on the website or in store if I'm shopping in person and I think they have great items for every price point. Really recommend! I was also very impressed that I bought my Stanley travel mug for much cheaper than it was priced anywhere else. Will definitely be shopping here again :)”

“I was not impressed with the assistance I got in store in trying to source this item. I called Customer Service and the (new) male telephone assistant was apologetic once I had explained the issue and said he would pass on my complaint.”

“I ordered online on my way home to Australia. I bought another dress, same style and lived it so much I needed another. I always get comments about how pretty it is especially from my partner. I'm in the process of ordering another. They are so comfortable and suitable for most occasions.”

“I initially found these jeans in a store and loved them, but didn't have the funds to buy them at the time. The store is bright and colourful which I think makes a change to most other brands in the mall where I live. It's nice to have brightly coloured clothes which a lot of places also don't have. The staff are friendly and chatting with one another, as well as being helpful, which makes me feel like the company is a good one to work for. I ended up buying the trousers online. The website is clear and simple to use and a true reflection of the in-person stores.”
