“Good but items are larger than sized so had to return them. As I live in Jersey this proved very difficult and I had to pay postage which was supppsed to be refunded but hasn’t been”

“I could not return my duplicate sized t shirt in store because I paid via PayPal. I was forced to return via royal mail. This was not a good customer experience.”

“I purchased my purse online and one thing that was missing was an email acknowledgement that the order was received as well as the order being shipped! I had to contact customer service as I wasn't sure if the item had been shipped! As well, the purse did come with a crossbody strap but this was not indicated in the item description so I purchased a crossbody strap seperately. I would not have purchsed the extra one if I had known that the purse already came with one.”

“Ordering was ok ,delivery fast ,however ,this top could have done with being longer in length ,I find their tops are ALWAYS too short ,why don't you do different length tops ,skirts and dresses ???? No one person is the same height and width ! Love your clothes ,but not your sizes☹️”

“It’s been disappointing recently as the last three orders I’ve made (all to be delivered to store) have taken ages and I’ve had to chase up with customer services. And while they are very polite, are not very responsive in comparison with other retailers which is a shame”
