“Lovely quality watering can. Bracelet was very pretty. Only took stars off as the bracelet was actually hanging out of the box when it arrived, thankfully it wasn’t damaged. The box was bashed but maybe could’ve been wrapped to prevent it falling out of the bracelet pouch.”

“Lovely top, nice colours and soft material. The size 10 comes up big so I wanted to exchange, I was told they don’t do exchanges and I could just send it back and get another size, but as I had got it in a sale I wanted to get the smaller size whilst it was still in the sale and there was only one or two left in stock. So I missed this opportunity and when trying to explain that on e-Mail the lady who although was friendly didn’t seem to understand what I was trying to achieve so wasn’t that helpful.”

“Wouldn’t recommend the strawberry fruit glass jug as the handle cracked after I had it for 2 weeks!! Very disappointed. Also purchased earrings which are really beautiful.”

“Contacted via webchat 3 times, twice about delivery and sizing and the third time about a return label. Not a great experience. Ordered for an occasion on next day delivery. Item didn’t arrive so contacted and was told they had till 8pm. Parcel arrived after 3 days. Didn’t even bother to try on the item just returned as no longer needed. Disappointing experience. Had I known they used Evri I wouldn’t have bothered ordering”
