“I was still browsing while holding an item I wanted to buy and a staff member came over to and loudly asked to take the item off me so that she could leave it at the till, very much implying that she was afraid I was going to shoplift it. This made me feel really frustrated as she hadn’t asked a thing or even said hi beforehand. I felt watched and judged while in the shop. Won’t be returning.”

“I bought earrings online and opened the packet to see them but they were not quite what I expected and then realised that I couldn’t return them because I’d opened the packet . I think a sticker on the packet saying this would have been helpful rather than having to read the small print”
