“Not great, tables arrived damaged to me twice and the courier you selected couldn’t take the ones I sent back after agreeing to keep the less damaged ones at a discount - three times the same driver was selected for pickup by Evri before a new courier (DHL) was selected to pick the tables up over a week later while I was in the middle of moving house, really not ideal”

“Great size bag and lovely looking but poor design on the zip at the top which only opens along the top. Better would be to have it open across the entire top to make it easy to put things in. Aside from that I love it and the rest of the pockets are great”

“Good service but some items weren't quite as imagined. The website could do with more photos - some items don't have photos on a model, just a hanger - to make it easier to work out how things fit before ordering.”

“Very poor experience. The sizing was silly and the return process not easy. I’m normally a size 10 or 12, so I bought both sizes. Both dresses were vast! So I ordered an 8 and an 6. 8 was still huge, so I kept 6. Some retailers such as John Lewis still include a very useful sticky returns label and an easy-to-seal sticky bag. Oliver Bonas have a brown paper bag, which is not easy to reseal, and there is no returns label included. In this case I would normally print a label, but my printer was broken. So I tried to do the return with a QR code but the local post office would not do that. So I had to phone Oliver Bonas where the customer service assistant was very helpful and emailed me a label which I then sent to a friend to print for me. All in all an arduous process to acquire a dress! Oliver Bonas have lovely shops and produce delightful clothes. But surely you can match the returns process of John Lewis?”

“Love the Harrogate Store - really spacious and a great selection of both homeware and clothing. Staff are friendly and helpful. The 3 star review is due to buying the heatless curler set as a gift for my daughter and when she opened it the claw clip was broken. She was desperate to use it so I won’t be able to return it. Disappointing considering the cost.”

“Good delivery but the product came with defects. They should have told me that the price was down due to defects. I didn't bother complaining or trying to give it back as I'm extremely busy. However, I felt this was unfair. I love Oliver Bonas but was a bit disappointed.”
