“I had the best experience in your Brent Cross store. The sales assistant was amazing. His name is Sam and he was super helpful and friendly. I cannot remember a time in any shop where I have been better served. Super helpful, but not pushy at all. Thank you Sam!! You were amazing Caroline”

“Sadly these trainers were a different colour to the ones in store and the sure was all “furry” so I returned. I loved the ones I tried on in store but they sold out. I then returned to store and hard trouble returning initially as I had paid on my phone and they wanted the physical card. Eventually, after complaining, the Store Manager was called, and they returned on my phone.”
