Good products, but unacceptable customer service. 1. On delivery day, one of the three parts of the table was missing, but no follow-ups or further contacts at all from Oliver Bonas, until we actively contacted them. 2. when contacted via Whatsapp back and forth for 3 days, we were only informed that the missing part will be with us soon, the ticket was then closed without the issue having been resolved. 3. I emailed again to chase the issue, and was finally offered a replacement, however, instead of just the missing part, we were delivered another full set, which is far from ideal as the parts take up a huge amount of space. again, no follow-ups from the service team, and the ticket was closed. 4. only until I emailed again to ask if the extra parts will be collected or I should dispose of them, the service arranged a collection. 5. The final nail in the coffin! It then turned out the missing part we eventually received does not fit the table (photo can be requested) While the table itself looks nice, the quality, as well as subsequent customer service has been far from worthy of the brand.

Order didn’t arrive so got a refund as got told they wouldn’t ship one to me from the store. Then it finally did arrive from Hermes delivery and it was smashed up and broken. Expected much better from OB. No butter dish and have to travel to get it if I want it but ordered online

I had ordered the beautiful, Floral tiered dress as a birthday present on the 28th December, to be delivered to my address in Dubai. I had emailed your very friendly staff twice in between to change the size of my order which was done very efficiently, and then to check when I could expect to receive my order - but only after sending a third email then on the 19th January was I told that they could not deliver to the UAE (Dubai). I was really disappointed, as had been very much looking forward to wearing the dress for my birthday, and that I hadn’t been notified or refunded the amount until I chased it up a third time - with no apology. I love all of your products, both online and in store so it was disappointing that my order went through online, even though the address was the UAE - it didn’t pick up that you didn’t deliver here. The experience wouldn’t stop me shopping with u at all, but I had expected a much more seamless customer service from such an elegant brand. Many thanks

Ordered a pack of 8 cards. First package contained a single loose card. Contacted customer services who sent out a replacement....which contained 5 random loose cards (not even the right design). Contacted customer services again and they sent out another replacement - this one contained a single, dirty card (looked like somebody had stood on it) and not even an envelope?! Literally just a single dirty card in a box. Really wouldn't have expected this from Oliver Bonas, so bad and just so bizarre!

Have bought dresses in the past and been happy. The quality of the dress was not good. The underslip was bigger than the dress size. Where the stitching was at the ruffle near the bottom was all uneven all the way round and didn’t match up. Very poor quality. Please don’t go down the route of buying very cheap products from China, India etc. the quality is not there and it shows. Many shops have gone out of business due to people not buying as the quality has gone down hill. Would hate to see this happen to OB.

One of my orders was cancelled pre Xmas and then instead of this, I received a metal fly to put a photo in :( Oliver Bonus is usually much better than this

The snood hasn’t arrived yet. It is still with Hermes for delivery. It was ordered before Christmas. Can you chase Hermes to get it delivered. Thanks

This was ordered as a Christmas gift to be collected from store. It arrived at the store too late for me to collect before Christmas so is still sitting in it's wrapper

I was told the item was in the shop but the holding time was very short and it was sent back. Still haven’t had my money back and this was a couple of weeks ago

Ordered some jewellery as a Christmas present, with plenty of time to arrive, was ok when it left OB but didn’t arrive, when I contacted they said hermes have said it was lost in transit, but then the ring was no longer in stock so could only have a refund. Not completely OB fault but poor communication until I made contact
