Arrived broken. Mirror has a huge chip out of the bottom. Wouldn’t buy from these guys again.

I feel this product really let down your usual high standard of quality. Despite the high price tag, it looked cheap, was lightweight and very flimsy. The workmanship looked very sloppy and dare I say something quite amateur.

I picked these up instore and when I opened at home they were all broken and the boxes then. Terrible.

Terrible Customer Service - avoid! Firstly the table didn't turn up on delivery (Hermes so understandable)... Secondly, then advised to go to multiple stores to pick up the aforesaid table, only to find it didn't exist. Finally found a display item with multiple scratches, which had to be bought again, even though the table had already been purchased! Lastly, it then took over a week to recieve a refund for the original purchase after multiple comms with their customer service team. Not acceptable service even in these trying times. Use this company at your own peril....

I never actually received my order. First time- it went 'missing'. Second time - delivered to a wrong address, a derelict house in fact. Third time- wasn't even out for delivery, and was well past Christmas , so I cancelled it. Appalling. But what do you expect when you contract a company like Hermes? Louise Haycock , who was dealing with my repeated queries was very nice and helpful, but I'll never buy from Oliver Bonas again.

The item that came was nothing like the photos shown on the website. Very disappointed, long drop earrings with about 15cms missing of the length. I then tried to return the item but the postage service Oliver Bonas used wouldn’t come collect/ lied and said it tried multiple times but didn’t. So will now have to go find a shop to return to. Overall not happy and would not now order from this website again with differing images/ wrong images for products

I was really disappointed to find that the stars were stuck on to the socks with many missing/fallen off on arrival. I was unable to gift them and promptly returned . Refund was processed very quickly

I tried to return the product instore but was told as I paid with PayPal I had to send it back. This was not mentioned anywhere during the purchase.

Sorry. I am unable to write a review about the handbag as after 5 weeks it has not been delivered and I have cancelled my order. It would be silly to just review an extra strap I bought as I have nothing to attach to it! It was ordered in early December and I do believe the 2-4 waiting time was not shown then! How can you email to ask about my purchase when it has never arrived!! Very disappointed. One star is one too much.

This item was purchased for my daughter in Australia. In spite of the delivery date given, the item still has not been delivered. I have not received any notifications or explanation. I am beyond disappointed.

The earrings I ordered arrived loose in a bag with no tamper proof seal. I messaged customer services who sent a replacement order which arrived the same. I gave up as no-one seemed to understand what I was complaining about even though it states in the return policy they can't be returned unless the tamper proof seal is intact.

Ordered online as a Christmas gift. Arrived with broken glass. Sent photos to customer services of the damage, then received mixed messages about whether they actually wanted it back or not so had thrown packaging away. Eventually had all the hassle of arranging a hermes collection for it and had to leave it on step for 2 days in plastic bag, slightly paranoid that someone might pick it up and hurt themselves. Did get a refund quickly but what an absolute faff for a damaged item. Shame though as the item was pretty.
