“The item I purchased was lovely and good quality. It was easy to use the website and I chose 'click and collect'. However, the item took longer than I thought it would to reach the store after the confirmation it was on its way there. I called in to check and was told it would arrive in the next day or two. I advised that I wouldn't be able to return until the next weekend and was told that was no problem. When I received my email to collect, I received another one a couple of days later stating I had 4 days to collect or it would be returned. Luckily, this was within my timeframe for the weekend but I feel it was a very small window to collect, especially when people do not have easy or daily access to the store involved. I feel you should widen your collection timeframe window.”

“Excellent! I live in the Czech Republic and use your website a lot to buy presents for loved ones back home. Not only do I love your products (you’re my favourite shop), I find your delivery service so efficient and products are well packed & protected. The vase, which I bought for my Mum’s birthday is gorgeous, beautiful colours and excellent quality - my Mum is thrilled with it.”
