“The experience In store is always good, nicely set out, very visually appealing. On line also good but I find the website keeps crashing just as I'm scrolling through the merchandise. Having said that I managed to order what I wanted and it was delivered quickly and well packaged”

“I recently bought a mug from Oliver Bonas as a gift, and the whole experience was really pleasant. The store had such a lovely atmosphere, with a beautiful range of designs that made it easy to find something special. The staff were friendly and attentive, helping me choose the right item and even offering to wrap it nicely. The quality of the mug and the packaging felt premium, which made the gift feel even more thoughtful. Overall, I was really happy with my visit and would definitely shop here again for future gifts”

“I recently made several purchases through the website it’s super easy to use and makes shopping a breeze. One item arrived damaged, but after a quick message, the team resolved it immediately and sent a replacement free of charge the very next day. Outstanding service!
