I purchased this in the sale online and found it to be very delicate as it arrived unfortunately in broken pieces. Oliver Bonas customer service were absolutely wonderful in sorting a refund right away and mentioned they would speak to the courier. Would recommend better packaging for glass items, too as it was in sturdy paper.
