“Oliver Bonas staff couldn’t have been more helpful in the store , where I bought some goods, but nothing arrived when I used the online service, as they use EVRI for their delivery , however the staff at Oliver Bonas were fabulous sorting out my refund. Your staff are fab but you are being let down by your third parties.”

“The staff at the Summertown branch were exceptionally helpful. I bought a beautiful drinks trolley but it was too big to get into my car alone. 2 members of staff took time out of their day to personally help me transport it from the store to my car. Not only that, they were also super patient whilst I put the car seats down (in the rain I will add). They went above and beyond to help me out, and I'm truly grateful. And pleased to report that I got it home in one piece. It looks great in my living room.”
