“Steven from the Euston Station Shop was amazing, so helpful, polite and really made my shopping experence. It is a shame the cashier wasnt so helpful and polite, she didnt seem to care if I was there or not. It seemed I was more of a pain to hurt. Maybe Steven should train he.”

“Ordered a cardigan, received notification the item was out for delivery, 2 days later received notification that my order had been cancelled & a refund would be issued. Really irritated, if it was out of stock don’t take the order, or my money.”

“Still awaiting delivery ! This was a gift for a party last Saturday. It was due to be delivered last Friday as the courier advised EVRI They cancelled the delivery for the Friday and rearranged for Saturday, then during the hour slot delivery time they had given me cancelled delivery yet again ! So no gift to take to the party on Saturday evening. It is now Monday and still no update on delivery from Evri so I have complained for the 3rd time. Who knows when the gift will arrive. I would certainly question your recommended delivery service it is appauling.”
