“I ordered a gift for a friend on a Friday evening (6.20pm), and paid extra for Saturday delivery (as it stated- if ordered before 7pm the day before, then Saturday delivery is confirmed). However, today is Monday and my parcel has just been delivered. I found it frustrating that I was unable to find any customer service number/email so I could have checked when delivery might be. Love the gift I ordered, but it was delivered too late for my friends birthday, otherwise would have given 5 stars.”
