“Bizarrely, I ordered this dress (click & collect) only to be told that it had been sent to a different branch and then resold! OB were very apologetic in their email and sent me a £5 voucher… which basically turns out to be free delivery when I reordered another dress. I love the brand, style & quality of OB but they dropped the ball that time & the compensation wasn’t brilliant.”

“The pick up of my collection was all smooth but I needed a bag and was happy to pay for this and did not need a receipt. The shop assistant insisted I input my email address for a receipt for the bag when this wasn’t really needed. Otherwise always a great experience.”

“Beautiful blouse, but sadly the quality is very poor, the stitching at the sleeve cuffs comes undone/unravels. I’ve had 2 of the same blouse now and it’s happened to both. Customer service has been good at least.”

“I ordered this online and the end result was exquisite and I’m very happy, however, I did find that the online shopping experience could have been a lot better. It was hard to track the postage and the delivery took quite long compared to competitors.”

“I got it online, sadly the bag strap had the design on one side only which makes it look cheap when you wear it. I thought Oliver Bonas would provide a quality product. I love the jewellery and other items but would not recommend a bag strap.”
