“easy to order, great customer service - I accidentally ordered the products to an old address (not sure how!) but customer services were able to catch and redirect it before it shipped. I was very impressed that there was actually a person at the end of the online chat!”

“I was lucky to visit the OB store in St Albans recently and was pleasantly surprised and impressed by the friendly professionalism of the staff and the superb quality of the OB clothing and product choice. I made an order for the T-shirt I wanted in my size with staff guidance and navigated the online order system with ease and a most pleasurable experience and for a 73 year old I call that a great success thank you for giving me the confidence to use online for future purchases”
