“Good, but product is a lot bigger than expected. Had to return the first pair I order as they were too big and have kept the smaller size but it is still on the large side. Beautiful trousers though.”

“Service was excellent. The store didn’t have the bag I wanted so the assistant ordered it online to be delivered to my house, it arrived two days later. It’s my second Oliver bonas bag and I love it! Great quality and perfect for my day to day use!”

“Had a bit of an issue with this order, and had to go to store to sort out-which was irritating ( but the store staff wrre amazing!). However, I did email customer services the following day, and they answered quickly and apologised-and was sorted out straight away..( ionly dropped a star -as they did drop the ball on this occasion). But It made such a difference having a great customer service team!”

“Super lightweight just perfect for a holiday. The fabric does flatten if work for more than one day. Sizing is reasonably generous so DONT buy one size up.”

“My time at the Oliver Bonas store in Eldon Square, Newcastle was fantastic. The staff team were super friendly and went into the back room to find different sizes for me. As a mid-size woman, I often struggle to find dresses that fit, as they are either too big or too small, this time it was just right! I now have the perfect dress to present at a work conference tomorrow. Thank you so much to the team.”
