“I love these socks and bought 5 pairs. However twice I ordered a particular pair and was informed afterwards that they were out of stock. If I had known this at the time of ordering I would have ordered a different pair. I then had to go to the trouble of arranging a refund of the delivery charge.”

We're sorry to hear that your socks were refunded as they were out of stock twice. As this is a very busy time of year for us, we have hundreds of customers checking out at once and sometimes for the same item at the same time. This can cause some items to be purchased at the same time by multiple customers and if there is only one left we will need to process a refund if it's out of stock but we do understand how frustrating this must be & we have made sure to pass your feedback onto our relevant team to review.
