“My experience was fine, but when I received my dress, there was a bit of an issue with the neck line. It wasn’t lining up and for dress that price I didn’t want to just put up with it so I went to my nearest store and exchange the address. I absolutely love it. It’s such great quality and looks good on. I’m quite short so having this dress was a perfect length for me will definitely purchase from OB again”

“I bought on the website as a salesperson in the store assured me the item I wanted would come in a box. It didn't! Also I used click and collect (in store) and this took much longer than I expected (and much longer than, eg, John Lewis)”
