“I hesitated to buy a large mirror as the fact fittings weren't supplied and there was a £35 delivery charge put me right off! I should have gone with my gut. Mirrorwas dropped off in my hall with a "You'll be unwrapping this yourself, yeah?" Only later did I read that they are supposed to do it. Which is sensible because it was very well packed in cardboard that was really difficult to remove with ordinary domestic scissors and knives. Mirror in perfect condition with a sawtooth hanger at the top and an instruction NOT to use this hanger and to consult a professional. What kind of professional? We took it down to our hardware store where the proprietor who knows how to do anything, suggested we send it back! The frame wasn't deep enough for the size of hangers the weight required. Eventually we worked out a plan and the mirror is up but with faint fractures at the sides where the hangers are. I love it but don't love that it's not perfect. I advise you not to buy a large,heavy mirror unless you perhaps own a picture/mirror framing shop ( Where we eventually sought help)”

“I was looking for an overnight bag and saw this on the website. Order process excellent, delivered very quickly. The bag is beautiful, lovely shade of green and the extra strap is leopard print and looks fabulous. Very very happy with my purchase.”
