“I ordered a dress online which was straightforward. However, to avoid postage and packaging fees I opted to have it delivered to my local store. That was on the 25th July, and EVRI appears to have mislaid my parcel. They are investigating this but it’s very disappointing as I wanted the item for a specific date.”

“I always have a great experience in the West Bridgford store but I’m disappointed how long my on line order is taking I opted for click & collect had an email it’s on its way and have still not been notified of its arrival! It’s now probably too late to arrive for my holidays - very disappointing !”

“I just love Oliver Bonas, I could literally move into the shop , so many gorgeous things. I had noticed the little side boards and loved the quirkiness of them , they didn’t disappoint, I keep going into my spare room to look at them , would definitely recommend them, I love all of my purchases but these have to be my favourite xx”

“The stores are usually nice, nice decor in desirable locations near other stores worth visiting. The product range varies but I think you do storage and organisation very well for example for jewellery.”
