“Good experience and bought lovely striped jumpsuit but when I got home the belt hadn’t been included when it was wrapped in tissue. Now I have to contact customer services (live chat couldn’t help and phone number of store given on website isn’t valid). Also, I don’t live in the city where I purchased so I can’t just pop in tomorrow.”

“First time shopper with this brand online, and im absolutely so pleased with my new bag. The quality and the look of the bag exceed expectations along with the customer services I received though the o line chat. I brought the Olivia chocolate brown weekend bag to use as hand luggage to travel aboard as its the right size.my 17yr old Son also loves the bag which can be used for either gender so we maybe purchasing another”
