“Very poor. Promised delivery in time for Mother’s Day and didn’t arrive until a week after. Two small items that a 3 year old picked for her mum, hard to explain why they hadn’t arrived. No apology or explanation ! Maybe too trifling for a big company. Such a shame for us.”
