“Brilliant, I left the store feeling like a valued customer. The woman who served me was very polite, engaging and helpful. I commented to my daughter how lovely she had been and the service I received was refreshing in this day and age. She made eye contact and spike to me, not her colleagues whilst serving me. Thank you.”
