“I saw these boots in store and was supported by a member of the team to look for my size however they didn't have them in stock. They were really friendly and offered to order them in for me but I then ordered them myself online, which was a good experience.”

“The items have not been received as yet. No disbatch note was sent and then I received a message to say I needed to pick up within 24 hrs. I went to pick up point twice and no parcel was delivered. When I check the delivery status online it indicates that it is on its way. The items are now too late for the purpose they were bought. I under3this may not be an Oliver Bonas issue and the delivery service but it has been very disappointing.”

“A beautiful looking store, with a wide range of product. I had been looking locally for the cord green jacket and been unsuccessful not wanting to purchase online due to wanting to try on before purchase. I managed to find the jacket and try which was helpful as I needed to size down. I had interactions with 3 members of staff and all were extremely helpful, approachable and friendly. A very happy shopper and Thank you Team Solihull for a great experience.”
