The website is extremely user friendly and there are some lovely things in your store. I needed a purse and saw this one and ordered it, firstly it came in a package (brown envelope), by Evri, which was completely creased with very little protection on the purse which is worth mentioning. I'm afraid I didn't like the purse as it was very poor quality, very plasticky and the pop out card holder was a waste of time as it just fell out - certainly not something you would use to put cards in ! I returned the purse and a refund was issued immediately, thank you. Such a shame as Oliver Bonas is one of my daughters favourite shops and I have bought her things from there before.

Great products. Shop a lot on Oliver Bonas and make use of my Blue Light discount however today I only received the discount on one of the items. Due to my train leaving in I was unable to get this sorted at the time.

A bit disappointing to be honest Cardie arrived and it had a big hole in the front I then had to order another, and be out of pocket, as I needed it for a wedding the week after Also found that I have numerous team members reply to my mails as opposed to one dedicated team member Love the cardie and would buy again but very disappointed with service unfortunately

Have made my first two purchases with OB. Nothing wrong with product, (beautiful Gold sandals) but had to return because of sizing. Both occasions needed to contact Live chat to get assistance with Returns portal for International (only gave option of being from USA on drop down menu.) And now both occasions have had to access Live chat to chase my Refund. ??. Appropriately apologetic , but would prefer if issue were fixed before I could recommend shopping online from Ireland again

I ordered this using my birthday gift voucher but sent them back as they were too big. After being infromed my voucher had been reimbursed, it hadnt and i had to contact the team multiple times to get the money back for them. Unusaual as i usually have very good experience with OB.

Removal of the photos of models wearing clothing on sale item listings is beyond annoying, I don't know any other website that does that. If I'm going to buy an item of clothing, I want to see a fair idea of what it looks like on someone - not just the item on a hanger.

Staff were lovely but the boots! Couldn't get my right foot in, like some other reviews I have read. So disappointing as I really wanted these boots.

The oicture on the website made these earings look 'normal' size .They are only suitable for children. Much too small for adults.

I specifically asked for the gift exchange receipt as I was purchasing a gift for my mother-in-law, but the salesperson didn’t put that in. Also, they removed the branding tag with the model number and stuff from the necklace, so now it looks second-hand even though I purchased a gift box and a paper bag for extra.
